第一步：正常工作位

经过热处理的壳体有两个活塞，每个活塞有四个网腔，塑料熔体均匀的进入两个流道，进入换网器壳体，经过滤之后，两股熔体汇集在一起，当达到预定的压差后，换网开始。

Step 1Normal working position

The heated steel housing has tow screen bearing pistons each with four screen groove . The plastic melt is split evenly into two flow channels inside the screen chager housing . After filteration ，the exchange of the screen is effected when reaching a chosen differential pressure .

第二步：换网工作位

将活塞移出壳体，直到多孔板移动到相应位置，此时可以换下脏的滤布网，再将活塞移回工作位置。在换网过程中，仍有一支活塞在壳体中，有足够的过滤面积完成过滤工作。

Step 2 Screen changing position

To change the screen ，the appropriate screen bearing piston is hydraulically moved out of the housing until the screen cavity is accessible . Now change the dirty screen，reset the piston to the working position . During the screen changing ，

there is remain a piston in working which keep the continuous filteration .
